​All orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your purchase

Custom Quotes & Shipping Costs
Artwork more than 40 inches wide or high may be subject to a custom shipping cost amendment. The artist will generally cover the cost of standard shipping. Insurance is highly recommended and should be purchased by the client.

Processing:
José works to produce and fulfill all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. Shipping of commissions can be delayed to allow for drying and varnishing.

US Shipping:
Within the US, packages are shipped by USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted. If there appears to be an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact me and I will do our very best to assist you.
International Shipping:
Shipping times may increase for international orders depending on local requirements. For the majority of orders, duties and taxes are included in shipping costs, which are calculated during the checkout process.
For orders that are oversized or require special shipping, import taxes are not included and will be charged separately. If your order requires such, I will be in touch to provide you with the necessary customs information. Additional paperwork may be required for any shipments to countries outside the US, including Canada and Mexico/

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

Returns
Prints and Original Work
Print Orders
Prints are fulfilled by a third party unless otherwise noted. The artist keeps a limited number of prints at his studio. . Please contact me directly for concerns about quality or shipping. ​

Original Artwork (Not including Commissions)
Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after that time refunds and exchanges are not available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please include a proof of purchase.
Some refunds cannot be processed if:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Receive Art in Person
Purchased art can be received in person if prior arrangements are made. José Perez is located in Baltimore, Maryland.
